ROZZZQWEEN is a soul and R&B singer / songwriter from Birmingham who draws inspiration from Erykah Badu, Amy Winehouse and Billie Holiday. The now London-based songstress has a jazzy, soulful tone with a beautiful raspiness which, paired with honest, revealing lyrics, gives her songs a raw and unfiltered feel. ROZZZQWEEN received recognition from Billboard for her 2025 single ‘Family Ties’ stating “[it] drapes raw vulnerability in sleek, moody production.”
This year saw ROZZZQWEEN performing at multiple London shows including Neo-soul and jazz fusion showcase, “Neo Project,” as well as iLoveTaboos’ live music show at Rich Mix. Next year she is set to perform at London’s biggest arts centre, Southbank Centre. Apart from performing at multiple venues across London, her hometown has continuously showed their support for her - in 2022 she performed at The Commonwealth Games in Birmingham as well as the Birmingham Music Awards where she was shortlisted for best R&B and soul act.
Her 2024 single ‘IDEA OF US’ continues to be a favourite amongst listeners at 4+ million streams on Spotify and is a perfect example of her affinity for dance tracks. She recently worked with UK producer duo IN PARALLEL, and with their dedicated fans (3+ million monthly listeners on Spotify alone), ROZZZQWEEN is set to further her mainstream reach with their new soul-infused UK garage track ‘I Need A Rhythm.’
